Sail Boston 2026: A Week We'll Never Forget
When history sailed into Boston Harbor, we were proud to be part of the celebration.
Every so often, Boston plays host to an event that reminds us why this city is unlike anywhere else. Sail Boston 2026 was one of those moments.
As magnificent Tall Ships filled the harbor, visitors traveled from near and far to experience a celebration that blended maritime history, community, and the excitement surrounding America's 250th anniversary. For our restaurant group, it was an opportunity to do what we've always loved most: welcome people to Boston and help them make lasting memories around the table.
Throughout the week, our team participated in events across the city while serving nearly 10,000 guests between Saturday and Wednesday. From waterfront celebrations to special receptions and unforgettable views of the Parade of Sail, Sail Boston became another memorable chapter in our story.
Celebrating Boston from Every Angle
Our involvement extended well beyond our dining rooms. As a Sail Boston sponsor, we had the privilege of taking part in many of the week's signature events and celebrations.
Our team gathered with clients and vendor partners aboard a Tall Ship for an unforgettable evening on the water, and enjoyed hospitality events that brought together people from across Boston's tourism and hospitality community. Many members of our team also had the opportunity to experience the ships from Boston Harbor itself, offering a perspective few people get to see.
Whether attending organized events together or exploring the festivities individually with family and friends, our employees embraced everything Sail Boston had to offer. The excitement throughout the city was contagious, and it was inspiring to see so many people experiencing Boston from both land and sea.

A Front-Row Seat to the Parade of Sail
With 75 on Liberty Wharf sitting along Boston's waterfront, we knew there was an opportunity to create something truly special for one of the week's biggest events.
For the Parade of Sail, we hosted a limited, ticketed brunch that gave guests front-row seats as the Tall Ships made their way into Boston Harbor. The intimate event sold out quickly, welcoming 15 guests to enjoy a three-course brunch, exclusive beverage partner surprises, and the rare opportunity to spend the day taking in the incredible views from Liberty Wharf.
Alongside our ticketed guests, the restaurant welcomed a full dining room and bustling patio filled with brunch guests and spectators eager to witness the historic procession. As each ship passed by, excitement spread through the restaurant. Guests stepped outside to capture photos, conversations paused, and even our team found brief moments to admire the incredible sight before returning to care for the day's busy service.
To celebrate America's 250th anniversary, our bar team also introduced a lineup of history-inspired cocktails alongside Sam Adams' limited Tall Ship Ale, giving guests another way to toast the occasion.
Preparing for Boston's Biggest Week
Events of this scale don't happen without months of planning.
Behind the scenes, our teams worked to prepare for increased guest counts, coordinate additional staffing, order inventory, and navigate the unique logistics that came with hosting an event along Boston's waterfront. With heightened security measures, road closures, and restricted access throughout the Seaport, clear communication became just as important as great hospitality. We shared updates with guests in advance so they could arrive informed and ready to enjoy the celebration.
When the first Tall Ships appeared on the horizon, all of that preparation paid off.

Seeing fireworks light up the Boston skyline at both the beginning and end of the celebration.
Exploring the ships while they were docked.
Sharing harbor cruises with teammates.
Hearing guests thank our staff for creating such a memorable brunch experience.
And seeing our patios, dining rooms, and waterfront filled with people experiencing Boston at one of its very best.
Those moments remind us that restaurants are about much more than food. They're places where celebrations begin, friendships grow, visitors discover a city, and memories are made.
